George completed Cardiology training in 2006, with further sub-specialty training in echocardiography. George joined Cardiology Associates in 2006. He was appointed as Staff Specialist at St George Public hospital in 2007, where he is the Director of the echocardiography laboratory. Professional interests include cardiac imaging (echo and CT angiography) and general clinical Cardiology. He is an accredited, Level A, CT Coronary angiography specialist.

George is actively involved in the teaching of phase 2 and 3 medical students from the UNSW, as well as teaching junior and senior medical officers at St George Hospital. He is a conjoint lecturer at UNSW. George is a member of DAISI (Doctors Assisting in Solomon Islands) and has volunteered his services as a Cardiologist at clinics in Honiara and Gizo.
